14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA you have 14 days from the start of your CostNaked Pro subscription to withdraw from the purchase. Because Pro is digital content made available immediately, you expressly consent at checkout to immediate access and acknowledge that we may charge for the part of the period already used if you withdraw.

How to withdraw or cancel

• Open your account page and choose "Manage subscription" to cancel at any time.
• To request a withdrawal refund within the 14-day window, use the billing request option in your account and state your order reference.
• Cancelling stops future renewals; your Pro features stay active until the end of the paid period.

Refunds outside the withdrawal period

Renewal payments after the first 14 days are generally non-refundable, but we refund duplicate charges, technical failures that made Pro unusable, and charges taken after a confirmed cancellation. Approved refunds are returned by Stripe to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

Faults and statutory rights

If Pro does not work as described, you are entitled to have it fixed or to a proportionate reduction or refund under applicable consumer law. This policy does not limit those statutory rights.
