Terms of service

These terms govern your use of CostNaked and CostNaked Pro, provided by KM TECH LABS. By using the service you accept these terms.

KM TECH LABS, Kristiansand, Norway. Organisation number 934 044 029. KM TECH LABS develops and operates CostNaked and CostNaked Pro.

The service

CostNaked calculates the monthly, yearly, and projected cost of subscriptions you enter. Results are arithmetic estimates based only on your input. The service is informational and is not financial, tax, or investment advice.

Free and Pro plans

• The free plan allows up to 3 subscriptions, monthly and yearly totals, one language and a single currency, with no account required. The 5-year projection is not included.
• CostNaked Pro costs $4.99 per month or $39 per year and adds unlimited rows, all languages (EN, NO, DK, SE, DE, UK, US, PL), all currencies (EUR, NOK, SEK, DKK, USD, GBP, PLN), the 5-year projection with adjustable inflation, PDF and CSV export, saved history, and cross-device sync.

Billing and renewal

Pro is a subscription billed in advance through Stripe and renews automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to your next renewal.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the data you enter. You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass plan limits, resell access, or interfere with its operation.

Availability and liability

We aim for continuous availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Termination and law

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. These terms are governed by Norwegian law, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
